It has been a cold few weeks! Winter decided to come early and we actually had snow last week, even in London. Unfortunately it was at about 2am so few were able to enjoy it. It was colder in London than it was in Moscow. My friend Rola and I took a day trip to Canterbury on the coldest day, a maximum of 6 degrees in Autumn. Photos will be posted once I get a copy of them from Rola- our little camera has started to die.
This week also saw the arrival of a care package from home containing winter woollies for me and peanut butter for Dan! My lovely mum and aunty knitted me a scarf and hat to help keep me toasty! Thanks so much Aunty Margaret, I love the hat, it keeps the icy wind off my ears!
We are busy planning our trips, Germany this month and Northern Norway for New Year to hopefully to see the northern lights. We have been busy shopping to get our cold weather gear for Norway. Water proof walking boots, ski pants, heavy woollen thermals, fleeces, thermal socks and gloves, it is never ending! We have everything but the coats- the most expensive part!
There was also the SHOCKING news that David Tennant is leaving Dr Who. Not happy.
