Emiliana Torrini was fantastic! She played at St Giles Church in Soho which was very atmospheric, although a little cold and the pews were pretty uncomfortable after an hour or so! She was very sweet and funny. (She is in this photo but she is so tiny it's hard to see her)On Saturday we headed into Sloane Square to the lovely farmers markets and who should we see sashaying her was across from the Saachi Gallery but Nigella Lawson!!! I was very excited but Dan wouldn't let me follow her. We also went to Artisan du Chocolat which is amazing! However we did pay £7 (about $17) for 12 chocolates! Totally worth it.
We are both very busy. I'm finishing up this half term at the International School of London in Gunnersbury which has been amazing and really enjoyable and Dan (as always) is working, working, working. Autumn is well and truly on the way with crisp mornings and muliticoloured trees. Perfect time for our boiler to pack it in!
