Opening the blind before getting ready for work on Monday we were delighted to discover that there was over 6 inches of snow!!!! All buses were cancelled and any overground tubes and trains were suspended- no work!! My school closed for two days and Dan got one day to work from home. Of course we made time for some snowy frivolity!This morning saw lots of ice and snow still on the ground and the temperature has not risen above freezing all day so it's not going anywhere.
More snow is forecast for later in the week! Hehehe!
